2 things i learned today.

1. if we're able to hang on to mullen after this coaching carosel, we're damn lucky. and i cant help but to think back to the non-TD call vs lsu that would have put us in a bowl game this yr.
that might have been enough to get mullen the attention he likely deserves anyways. and of course this all isnt over. and im praying we keep him.

2. for those of you that are hugely pro stansbury, rewatch tonights uk/fl game. 2 really great coaches! stans is soooo far behind those guys. i saw two teams that have less to about the same talent as we have. and yet there is a huge difference between us and them. that doesnt mean we wont beat either of those teams. talent can sometimes win a game alone; if we're hot shotting wise on any given night, we can beat anyone. but if we had a coach like donnovan or calipari we'd be top 10 with no problem! i like stans but i really think its time for a chnage. he's just not going to get any better. and neither is our basketball team. if youre ok with being where we have been, fine. but i would really like to run an offense this next decade. and stans just doesnt see the game. his vision is just lacking!

I don't think State has talent anywhere near Kentucky. I haven't seen Florida except for tonight. However, their great coach that would have State in the top ten "no problem" doesn't have his current team in the top ten at the moment.

but i do think our talent is equal to that of UK. i think sometime speople have a difficult time differeniating between what they see on a court. talent only comes thru so much. if you dont have those players in correct sync with ech other as well as individually it doesnt come thru when u watch them play. pure natural talent, i think we're right there with UK.

RFAA, i dont think FL has the talent we have. maybe top ten is a bit much afterthought....but top 20 seems for sure!
again just my opinions

If you seriously think our talent level is equal to Kentucky, then you're just a fukcing retard. John Wall, alone, is probably better than ANYONE the maroon and white has ever suited. Some analysts think he is the best point guard to come out of high school/AAU in the last 10-15 years. So, no. Our talent is not equal to that of UK. Jarvis Varnado HOPES he gets drafted in the first round of the NBA draft this year. UK has 3 players that WILL get drafted in the 1st round of the NBA draft. We have not had 3 players get drafted in the 1st round of the NBA draft in our entire fukcing history, yet our talent is equal to that of a team that will accomplish that feat in one season???

And Florida, they may not have the talent we have, but WHO'S FUKCING FAULT IS THAT??? Oh, that's right. The head coach's! If you think Donovan can get better talent to Starkville, MS, than he can to Florida (after winning 2 National Championships, no less..), then again, you are a retard! Oh, and they are nowhere near being ranked in the top 10 or top 20 or whatever standard you want to measure. And I'm pretty certain good ol' MState and Stansbury's bulldogs are actually ranked higher than the great Donovan's gators are right now. How could that ever happen though since Billy Donovan is so much better of a coach?

I know you hate Ole Miss but why do you choose to represent this with the color purple?

there is no doubt that both of those coaches are light years ahead of Stansbury, even the sheep wont dispute you on that.

But our talent, as good as it is, is not even close to Kentucky's. I do think we are more talented than Fla. Losing 8 players early to the draft the last few years is taking its toll on Eddie Munster

Saying our talent is as good as Kentucky's should have you put on "read only" status

..I'm beginning to think there is some type of nation-wide conspiracy to force all the idiots in America to become Miss. State fans.

Only a Miss. State fan would conclude a team that got *****-slapped by Rider @home has the same talent level as Kentucky & Florida.

Then the same coach who lost to Rider somehow re-grouped his team with suffering a major meltdown, should be fired for underachieving?

Seriously, where do you people come from? Please fill us in on the conspiracy. Because I refuse to believe Miss. State has this many clueless idiots in its fanbase.
