UAB at Memphis

After they were down 61-39, Memphis outscored UAB 67-26 the rest of the game. That may be the biggest point swing I’ve ever seen.
Remember the year we went all freaky like this on Go Gatah in The Hump ?
Pretty sure the year Stansbury's Bulldogs came from a huge 1st half deficit to win big vs Alabama was a bigger point swing than that. Much bigger.
In 1995 we trailed Florida 38-22 at halftime and won 70-47. Went on a 20-3 run to start the half and then closed the game on a 23-1 run.
Was at that game as a student.
At one point the entire student section & even some blue hairs all began chanting in unison “fat boy” to Florida’s 290 pound center, Dametri Hill as he was shooting free throws. He even flashed a smile. Crowd went wild when the ref who had made a bad call fell flat on his azz trying to backpedal. Heck of an atmosphere
That’s when I knew we had something special… The Hump became a weapon that nite…
Also remember Kennedy getting his *** beat btw the E House & KA house one nite when he was in high school..
