He is 1-5 in big 12 play. It’s becoming clear that his coaching ceiling is the AAC or Sun Belt level I really don’t think the 2nd ride around at UCF will be anything like the first. Maybe in a year I’ll be eating my words. But for as much of a gap as there is between the Big 10/SEC and the big 12 it’s just as big from the Big 12 to AAC.

His defense I think had 2 pick 6s and they still lost. His QB threw a pick six and multiple INTs if my in and out of sleeping mind remembers correctly.

UCF has a HUGE alumni base and the potential to have some wealthy donors so it will be interesting to see how they fare in this NIL era. I love the Orlando area and I would think it should be rarely easy to recruit there. IF Frost can’t get it done there, he can’t do it anywhere.

Orlando is the only time in my life where I contemplated killing myself rather than sit in another hour of traffic to get back to the rental house. Another time, 2.5 miles to get pizza for the family. An hour later and 1 mile from even getting the pizza, and I had to have a conversation about continuing on or turning back and eating snacks for supper. Hate that place with a passion.

I've watched them a bit and it looks like Frostball here. Little things going wrong, strange decisions and a generally bad vibe.

No. Only thing is their offense hadn’t done crap the 2nd half but that is a big break from habit for him he always just stuck with the struggling QB here.
