How the hell can UCLA be ranked #4 nationally? In by far the weakest Power 5 conference in America!

Pac-12 has a LOWER NET average rating than the Mountain West conference. That would be like the Big 12, Big 10, ACC ranking below Conference USA or Mid-American Conference or Sun Belt Conference!

NO Big 12 team has lost to a Pac-12 team this season (5-0) so what’s the big deal about UCLA being 1st in the Pac-12. There are 6 or 7 teams in the Big 12 that would be 1st in the Pac-12.

UCLA lost to unranked Illinois, in a FOUR-way tie for 3rd in Big 10 (so maybe 7th best team in Big 10); #7 Arizona but also in pansy Pac-12, Southern Cal 3rd in Pac-12, Washington SEVENTH in Pac-12.

UCLA would finish 7th in the Big 12 and they are #4 in America? Poll voters must have been hallucinating while guzzling their gin.

Shoulda coulda woulda............please shut up. UCLA is #4 because they have a good coach, and good players, and they win games.

Some cannot grasp the concept of ranked teams losing road games to decent teams, nor can they understand some teams simply matchup against ranked teams better than others.

CFE looks only at numbers, as opposed to Vegas point spreads, player matchups, and venues where games are played. In his mind, if #18 beats #17, then it's a major upset, despite the fact that #18 may have been a 6 point favorite playing at home.

Would WVU beat UCLA? I'm thinking odds are against that. Unless it is in Morgantown it might be closer odds.

Do you know the coaches have UCLA at #3?

The PAC is possibly getting 3 teams into the tournament. They might get more if the bubble burst for several teams.

Arizona is 5-0 vs top 25 and UCLA is 2-1

Remember WVU lost to Texas Tech at home and the worst team in Big 12 in Oklahoma.

Big 12 won EVERY game between Big 12 and Pac-12 teams, went 7-3 in Big 12/SEC Challenge. Even WVU, near bottom of Big 12, beat Auburn, #15 at that time.

#3 Kansas beat #17 Indiana , lost to #11 Tennessee. That’s 1-1.
In Big 12 against Top 25 teams Kansas beat #8 Texas, #23 Iowa State, split with #9 Baylor, #14 Kansas State, #24 TCU, lost to #23 Iowa State. That’s 5-4.

Think UCLA could go 5-4 against Kansas, Texas, Iowa State, Baylor, Kansas State and TCU? Hell, no! Heck, #9 Baylor beat #4 UCLA.

Also Baylor also beat #12 Gonzaga, lost to #6 Virginia, #10 Marquette. 2-2 vs. non-conference Top 25 teams.

In Big 12, beat #3 Kansas, #9 Baylor, lost to #8 Texas, #14 Kansas State (twice), #23 Iowa State, split with #24 TCU. 3-5 vs. Big 12 Top 25 teams. Easier to beat non-conference Top 25 teams.

Maybe you noticed that the last two March Madness champions were Kansas and Baylor, OF THE BIG 12!

You don't do score comparisons when voting. Have you not figured out rankings don't mean ****. Perhaps you don't notice that upsets happen throughout the tournament that gives higher ranked teams a better shot at the final 4. What was North Carolina last year? An 8 seed? They beat 1 seed Baylor like a drum in 2nd round. 15 seed St.Peters beat 2 seed Kentucky, who had national player of the year, in 1st round, then Murray State, then Purdue before losing by 20 to UNC.

Kansas had a cake walk to the final 4.
16 seed Texas Southern
9 Seed Creighton
4 seed Providence
10 Seed Miami Fl.
2 seed Villanova.

UNC blew a 15 point half time lead or KU is an after thought.

Big 12 is good but **** happens.

But Big 12 teams more likely to win than Big 10, SEC, ACC and, certainly, Pac-12. We agree on that, right?
