UCLA just +4 on the boards and 35 points in the half- playing our game and giving our young and inexperienced Heels an opportunity. Proud of the defensive effort particularly and overall effort. Keep it up, ladies!

UNC has definitely dug down on Betts but rarely brought the full double team. UNC playing her straight up more than most teams. Agree that Toomey has done as well as could be expected. Pretty impressive. I thought she forced an up and down on one block, but i guess they thought the ball left Betts hands?
