I refuse to pay for UFC fights... they are way to inconsistent as far as what to expect and they are too and far between. Pay Per View is too expensive for that ****.

has a theatre in his basement with a (roughly) 150 in hd projector, leather stadium seating, a kegerator, and a full bar. He does pay per view for all fights and I still can't bring myself to split it with him. The beer would have to be free considering the inconsistency of the UFC. I know I am cheap.

if he's able to afford all of that... why does he need you to split with him? He sounds loaded or either really dedicated to making a beast of a mancave.

Took him a long while to make it. Funny thing is that basements are the norm here so having a man cave similar or much better is pretty common.

and all the championship fights were on television. Ratings and dollar income were high. Then the powers that ran all of the boxing organizations decided to milk the cow just a little bit more. The rest, and boxing, is history.
