UGA QB Logan Gray is transferring

This UGA team should be completely beatable this year, as they're going to have a RS freshman under center full time, among other issues.

The RS freshman was #1 in the post-spring depth chart. Of course, the RS freshman beat out a guy who's QB rating last fall was 30.03, so he very well could have won the job by default.

Keep in mind that he was a top 5 QB coming out of high school, so he obviously has some talent. I think Richt is comfortable with him as the QB, especially knowing that UGA has 10 starters back on offense. Basically all hehas to do is throw it up to A.J. Green. That being said, they will have absolutely NO depth at QB - Mettenberger was kicked off and Gray transferring.

I think the UGAgame comes down to the progression of their defense. They have a new DC and are switching to a 3-4 scheme. Glad we get them relatively early.
