Did anyone see the fake field goal by UGA? Bennett the holder caught the ball with his knee on the ground. Why is he not down? Soecial rule for holders?

I'm going off memory, so I don't recall the exact rule. In that formation, the holder is exempt from the knee rule.
If I recall, it gets weird if he picks up his knee and then drops it down again (like with a high snap).
