While taking money and dealing with an agent is certainly against NCAA rules, what would law enforcement have to do with this?

Just a stab here, but I'd bet he didn't claim it on his taxes. The IRS is fiesty about getting their piece of the pie.

I'm not going to dig deep on this one. Here is a brief example from West Virginia. There might be something similar for Florida.

They will have to forfeit one game and then go on. This will be handled close to the way Andre Smith was handled. I know that Smith did not play in the Sugar Bowl. The problem with this is you have blood sucking agents, mainly poor kids, and no law against it. I am not saying that I want congress to make laws to prevent this. I do think that the NCAA and the NFL could work together to prevent it. If the NFL were to penalize the agents for handing out money before allowed it would stop a lot of this stuff from going on.</p>

I canassume youhavent said anything bad about Calipari then? Seeing as how his 2 Final Fours were vacated because players did dumb crap on their own, how canthe school/he be blamed, right?
