I know that’s not real and it’s funny when you zoom in on the face, but I’m wondering if this will become a thing. It used to be illegal but ofcourse almost anything goes now. It could generate a lot of nil income for players. I would guess that UK would sell more than most, if not all, on player action figures.

This is a good forward thinking idea that could give UK an edge in the market. Players would love to have input on their own figure.

Someone forward this to UK's NIL / marketing department.

Somebody with some 3D printing skills could make a fortune doing this, if you could work deals to get approval from the universities to use the Kentucky(other schools) trademarking.

Action figure plus a generic trading card
I’m a digital character sculptor. If anyone has any Uk contacts and wants to maybe tag team a figure project reach out. No joke.

You should absolutely reach out to the UK NIL dept with your portfolio and the pitch/concept.

Tying it to NIL is the best chance of getting the trademark approval

Get a 3D printer and modify an existing CAD file to make your own.
Cad isn’t a good program for that. Need a modeling program like 3dStudio Max or Maya. Not sure if the open source programs like Blender would do it.

Regardless, it’s a great idea. You know collectors would buy a whole team, year by year. Championship teams might become collectors items worth something. But would definitely raise some NIL money for the players.

These would be cool to display in the mancave if they were to ever be produced. Starting Lineup in 2022 did announce they were making a comeback in manufacturing figures after 21 years.

Creepy in what way. Is it much different than a bobblehead? Grown men saying they will actually play with them might be a little on the creepy side, LOL. but as collector pieces, it's no different than a bobblehead.

Can’t they both be creepy?

I’m sure many find adult bobblehead collecting to be weird as well.
