Yes he can coach during halftime.

Doug Sirmons was one of the 3 jackasses who screwed us in the Kansas game and he's the one that called the BS technical on Briscoe in that game. We have a tendency to lose bigger games he officiates. He was in our FF loss to Wisconsin too.

I don't like the man and never have.
