Idk man I think for athletes it can be tough at a point when there’s little resistance from the other team. This game was well over by 10 minutes into it. I’d say most of the guys already forgot the Louisville game by halftime
Yes, but we've got bigger goals. We're supposed to win these by 40.

I wonder if Mo at the 5 would help. He’s a pretty good passer and he makes the simple play. I’d love for someone to ask Pope to at least try.
Neutral site and we are going to be projected favorites. We win by 8-10 IMO.
I’d like to think Michigan State doesn’t have the horses to score nearly enough to beat us. Their pg Fears is one of the best passers in CBB, but they don’t run the same kind of stuff as Louisville.

Not making excuses but a lot of those TOs were after we were up 30+ and it’s very hard as a player to remain locked in at that point. We need 10 or less TOs Tuesday which I believe we can do.
I haven’t seen much negativity though I don’t participate in game threads much in blow outs. We have gaps and work to do to over come them. That’s basketball. There was no bashing Pope over not recruiting whoever was the portal baby du jour and similar nonsense.
Yea ESPN analytics has us winning 76% of the time, they had Louisville beating us 73% of the time this past Tuesday.
We are 4th in Kenpom and they are 33rd. I’d guess -6.5 opening line.
This game thread hasn't been negative at all IMO.
I think guys like Mo really could get going against them. They are a Big 10 team but play almost SEC style
Agreed. Thought it was a fun thread. No one went to far with anything that I saw.
Again, I understand- but that's what I worry about. That's when bad habits start forming.
My main concern is IF Lowe is done. We have to learn to be controlled and precise without him.
That depends. If the defense repeats its performance from Louisville, Fears will shred us. UL killed us inside out and if we stepped into a passing lane it was by accident.
On the other hand, if we make substantial progress on defense, the result could be shocking. I am eager to see the result
Louisville was dicing us up with multiple ball screens, pin downs, DHO and zoom. That’s not Mich St. I think we will play well. I could be wrong
I agree. Some guy had just mentioned it and I hadn’t seen much carping. Though in games like tonight I don’t pay much attention,
I agree he could settle into the PG role for us. Needs to clean up his passing but that should take care of itself with experience.
Lowe is only done if they decide on surgery now instead of at years end. He can go Tuesday if they choose to play through it until the seasons over. So it’s a choice the coaching staff and Lowe have to make. I’m 90% we will see him back in action sooner than later but always with that risk of hurting it worse and not at 100%.
Let’s be honest here, intelligence wise UK fans are in the bottom half. Basketball knowledge probably is up there with most but I don’t think anyone claimed the average BBN fan was high IQ.
I’m speaking in averages here. Obviously we have several highly intelligent fans as well.
Sounds about right. MSU definitely could beat us, but I don't think they will. I think the line is about right
