We’re losing this one today. Just didn’t have the answers. But all the doomsayers already writing off any SEC success need to understand that good teams and coaches adjust from games like this. It’s an eye opener for the players and coaches. You’re just used to 15 years of a guy who never opened his eyes.
Have you been watching the whole season? If he adjusted, we wouldn't continue to see this team come out flat the first half of each game. It's either that, or the guys aren't buying into what he says, and that's on Pope to address.

This is the first time I have been pissed off at this team this year. They look like they couldn't care less if they lose or not. Everyone is just going through the motions. Pope should suspend any Christmas break and make them work the whole time.

Williams is pretty much unplayable. I’m not sure going forward if we don’t have to just play Carr at the 5 and go
smaller.

Every team has an off night.

That said, we are 10-1 (soon to be 10-2). I think that's pretty good for a team of transfers under a new coach. During that run, we've beat a young Duke team and the Zags. Those wins have catapulted us to the top 5, but I think we're more of a 12-18 ranked team. I don't know how we capture the ball movement and passing we saw earlier in the season; however, I hope Pope can figure it out.
I was thinking the same thing. 10-2 with wins over top Duke and Zags teams far exceeded my expectations for Pope’s first year.

Freaking announcer is so bias ge just admitted he should have kept quite about Amaris free throw cause he hit them both. He has been all weird when we are at the free throw line trying to say things that he thinks might jinx us.
