A win is a win and always better than a loss. Take it and move on.

Altho that may be as close to a loss as a win can get that was UGLY.

Clearly joking before anyone gets triggered.

Alright Cal actually called a decent play

Mintz got fouled on that drive looked me to me. But I am bias. It was more contact then the Sarr foul out for sure. Lol
I didn't see a foul, he probably was, but Cal should have called timeout. He threw caution to the wind there.

I give Cal credit for the way he handled himself on the bench and for giving Allen lots of playing time. The team needs to figure out how to leverage a shooter like Allen. He can cause the opponent to make a lot of defensive mistakes on the floor if they would use him correctly.

Good victory.

It's a bit hard to get excited about a 3 point home win vs the worst SEC team when we were favored by 12 but..........yea

Still those are the type of wins that bring teams together. Almost everyone looked better today than a month ago..As you and I knew, it was going to take time and not having the summer, not having the exhibitions, not having the gimme games.. as it turns out, mattered.

Now we're 2nd in the SEC, 2-0, off to a good start.

Need to clean up some things defensively and I have no idea how we get outrebounded by 13 against that team but the offense looks a lot better, even though its Vandy.

Cal smartly kept Boston on the bench the last 5 minute!
Great to see Boston cheering the whole time though

It’s interesting everyone said it was Bruiser who sat Boston last game. Cal did same thing tonight altho not as long he was on the pine during crunch time.

Boston didn't have a good game. However, lets take the small steps. He did play better tonight. Incrementally, but it was better. He was less selfish. Im not saying you cant be disappointed, but he was better than he has been. If thats what we get out of him over the next 10-12 games before he puts it together then so be it.

Only 2 turnovers. Well take that.

Need Toppin out there In place of Boston and we may have something. Also Jackson has to play more than Ware. He’s just better. I’m not giving up on Boston. But right now the best thing for him might be watching from the Bench. Allen has to play major minutes. Only pure scorer we have. He didn’t play his best but still opened up the floor for everybody else and is always a threat from deep.

Solid win though. Vandy made a lot of 3's. Our rebounding was sub par. Happy about offense, frustrated with BBJr still.

Team is coming along.
Oh I agree. We still have a lot to fix and we have two guys out (I'm still counting Brooks). Vandy wanted this one bad. I just hope they.play everyone that way. They had the dribble drive going well.

True. Wouldn't hurt to shake it up. You have to wonder where Clarke fits into all of this. Really need Brooks back too.
