As many of us have said all year, they are pathetic and have no good wins (I suppose NC St is an OK win, but it's no better than our wins over USC Jr or Mizzou).

The question is whether or not we are worse than them.

Next week will truly be a battle of two pathetic teams and an ugly game to watch. That said, if we win...it will be the most beautiful thing ever.

Pitt is 7-3 and gave up a 50 yard td pass with 3 seconds left in the half. 42-24 pitt at the half. I think that Louisville wins this.

10 unanswered for UL. Two score game now. Get your **** together, Pitt. 42 might not be enough.

We are bad (U of L), but you guys are unquestionably worse. Louisville is a solid minor bowl team. Kentucky, not so much. Jackson probably starts next week....will be funny watching your defense try to contain him.

A. You should be banned for this.
B. You're not a "solid bowl team", you just play a bad schedule. You have zero good wins this year.
C. You are probably better than UK, for whatever that's worth.

I wouldn't say we are terrible ... Just mediocre. The Cats can beat this Louisville team if they play better than they have during the previous four games.

This is one of the few things I agree on this thread.

First, Vandy is better than UL and UK. I've said for weeks I was more worried about Vandy than I was UL.
Secondly, Pitt is a good team.
Finally, next weeks game is a toss up. Any fan that doesnt see that is delusional.

Both of these teams have had similar seasons. UK nor UL has beat anyone of consequence. Only thing separating them is UK has lost to one losing team (vandy).

Louisville is horrible. We beat them by 2 touchdowns. We will work the kinks out against Charlotte and be primed for a big week. We will come into the game on a high and them a low.

I'll be shocked if we win. Last year Petrino used what a 3rd string? QB to light us up and make our D look like a pop warner squad. I expect similar results, someone convince me otherwise?

The other option is that Pitt is actually good. I only got to see bits and pieces of the game today but what I did see proved the Defense isn't as good as they looked early in the season against cupcakes.

I wont comment on how our team has looked because I don't want to break furniture.

Pitt is a good team, they went very conservative in the 2nd half.

We suck. We went to overtime against EKU and got beat by the worst team (I guess the second worst team) in the SEC. They lost to the #1 team in the country by 3. I'm not sure we are in a position to make fun of UL until we beat them. The whole "we suck, so let's say they suck worse" thing really gets old.

Similar results? So you expect UK to have the ball at the end of the game on the last drive with a chance to win the game?? That's what happened last year.

P.S. Devante Parker made us look like a pop warner squad.

You get awfully offended by all comments UL...if you defended UK as much, you'd look like a fan.

Saying UL is a bad team isn't making fun of them, it's just the truth. We are bad as well.

What is this "we" crap? If you want to compare scores, UK lost by less to Auburn than the tards. And the tards would have been smoked by MSU, UT and Georgia just like UK. Frankly, any of the previous game scores mean nothing.

I think hypocrites are the worst and very dumb people...it's not groupthink to expect a UK fan to have the same standards or excuses for the Cats as the Cards...

Haven't seen BBblazin take up for UK by saying they only lost to the #8 team by 5...who cares, a loss is a loss - unless we are talking about UL - and then we can prop those losses up and make them positives...

They're both mediciore. If UK can score they have a punchers chance. Coming off that blowout may help with the confidence. However, I didn't see much from the QB position last night that gives me confidence UK will score

You act like he planned to use Bolin. Bolin hadn't played all year, the only reason he got into the game was because of the injury to Bonnafon. Had Bonnafon not been injured we win that game going away. Our defense prepared for Bonnafon all week then were hit with a complete change of pace. Devonte Parker didn't take over until Bolin got in the game. Frankly until Bolin got into the game we were embarrassing Louisville.

That being said, this week will be an ugly game. We will have to prepare to face both eventualities in Bolin or Jackson, but I think we have enough defense to keep things tight. Louisvilles offensive line is almost as bad as ours. However I do worry about Barker having time to do anything, they will be bringing the house quite often and we don't have the line to contain their defensive front. I think Barker will be hurried into 2-3 interceptions. I just hope we are able to get a good ground game going and break off some big runs. I don't want us to be running a bunch of 3rd and 12 plays again.

Pitt is 8-3, and the 3 losses came against UNC, Iowa and Notre Dame, a combined 31-2 record. Pitt was also favored at home over Louisville yesterday.

That being said, UL has had QB and mostly O line issues all year long, and doubt they get fixed by Saturday. But . . . until I am shown otherwise, Petrino is way better coach than we have, and I did not see a lot in Barker last night to convince me our QB situation is going to get fixed by Saturday either. Hopefully, we will come out a lot more fired up than they are, like last year, and take the fight to them.

I agree with this. UL has a horrible O-Line, but I don't think we have the D-Line to exploit it like we did in 2002. Stoops will have to have his best day as a coach in order to win next week.
