Does anyone have a good barbeque sauce recipe? I like using a ketchup base with brown sugar, Worcestershire, LOTS of garlic, finely minced onion (for flavor), chipotle (my favorite spice), salt and pepper... anything else worth trying?

I just buy Stubbs usually, too lazy to make my own. I am considering growing some peppers to make my own hot sauce though. They grow well around here.

If you make a purchase of $25 at Amazon you can bet a gallon of Joe Horn's BBQ sauce for $5.

Who BBQ's steak? I've heard of grilling a steak but BBQ? Steak is not a viable meat for BBQ as it would be nothing but a dry piece of jerky.

I wonder if Joe Horn actually came up with it, or if he just put his name on it...

That's a valid question but I am unsure of Joe Horn's culinary background.

think I saw like 9 varieties the other day, need to try the new ones. And I thought everyone knew the reverse-sear is the new hotness in steak cooking techniques.
