He got a 2 year extension at the end of February that has him there through 2030. They're really doubling down

Drake Powell is the exact type of player that should be returning to college now. He is nowhere near ready for the NBA
Who knows. It reports of what we have paid players he would have made great money and played a lot on a great team. Now he gets what? A few more minutes and dollars to play on a team that right now looks a step down from one who should have missed the dance.

UCLA will be WAY better for our resume if we can beat them, they should be a top-15 team.
