Before yesterday, UNC had played well with Paige back in the lineup. It's really hard to argue that. I hate them as much or more than anyone here, but let's be real....they're not a bad team. In just about any other recent year they're not much more than a Sweet 16/Elite Eight kind of team....but there are no "great" teams this season. That gives them a shot.

Can't argue with that.

Comparing Davidson to Texas is just absurd. Duke plays a mediocre State team and we struggle but he next night State loses by 40 to Forsyth Community College. UNC is not that great. They are hyped up by the media to shine light on their supposed stellar season and away from the hammer fixing to drop on their sports program. The biggest problem is that they drink the Kool-Aid and are told they are Carolina and certain things will happen because they go to school there. I'm getting off subject since this is for another thread. Honestly, I wish they'd lose every game. GTHC-GTH!!!

Lol. I'm not even sure what you're responding to. I never compared Texas to Davidson. But, Davidson is now a pretty solid A-10 squad that's 7-1. Beating them by 33 is no easy task. Texas, by contrast, was a 5-3 squad that had lost to 3 pretty mediocre power 5 teams (Washington, Michigan, & TA&M). Hard to reconcile beating Maryland and annihilating Davidson with losing to Texas on the road. While it's possible Saturday will prove to be a turning point for Texas, reality is that Texas had been a hugely disappointing team before that loss to UNC. The rest of your post is just pure bluster.
