So I was arguring with some swans that adidas was atiquated...I know I apologize. I like it here better anyway. I hear the contract with adidas runs out at the end of this year. that opens up the opportunity to sign with another vendor. We were with Nike before adidas correct? I seem to rememeber kevin prentiss wearing nike...why that sticks out I have no idea.

Which one of the above is better in your opinion.....please take into account more than color or design. weight, cleats, colors, breathability, cool factor. Adidas stuff is about as cool as a case of aids in my opinion. yeah I know they make good tennis/soccer stuff.

My vote is under armour.

we were with russell before adidas, and nike before russell. under armour is ok for football, but their shoes are so far behind in all other sports. i say stick with adidas unless nike comes with a good offer. adidas has treated us really well, and they have some advantages in the smaller sports, but overall nike just really handles business in football and basketball.

Someone else will have to explain why because I've forgotten, but I don't think it's very likely we'll use Nike anytime soon.

The one issue I remember with them was over Oregon coming here. They were issued a uniform that was supposed to keep them cooler. Jackie started raising hell because we were with Nike at the time and they wouldn't give us the same cooling system. I don't think the outcome would've been any different because we absolutely sucked, but it was the principal of the matter. Both teams are under contract with Nike and Nike shows favoritism of one over the other.

I would love to have Nike back, but between UA, Russell, and Adidas I'll stay with Adidas. I really like the looks of our football uniforms. The only thing I'd change is the face mask color. I liked the Maroon helmets with white face mask look, although I think I'm in the minority here.

aTm to SEC = No white face mask for MSU ... Just my opinion.

/No thanks
//And as we all knew already, Russells version of maroon is actually very cherry wine.

Looks a lot like what we currently have.

/Doesnt seem to give me an option for adding numbers to the front and back of the jersey.

I don't have any problem with our current uniform- even the black. Of course, I would like an interlocking MSU instead of the M-State on the helmet, but if we're going to have M-State, I like the one we have.

I don't think Adidas looks antiquated at all. Russell looked antiguated- actually Russell looked cheap.

than we ever had from Nike. Plus our football uni's are the best looking ones we've ever had. I say stick with them. Let everyone else have the combat uni's that are pretty much all ugly as dog ****.

We have two, whereas most teams have three. I think Adidas does a better job than Nike with the two color schools (Nebraska, Tennessee, etc). I love our uniforms right now and hope we don't change.<div>

I would try to do a little something different with the jersey. I think UA fabric is the best. cooler, dryer, weightless.

nike... all day, every day.

better designs, innovation, etc.

and don't underestimate the clout that the swoosh has... even in terms of recruiting.

That's just from my personal experience doing a lot of running during the summer & winter - UA is definetly my favorite, Nike a close second (although normally the most expensive), and Adidas a far third. But of course that's just the crap I buy at Dicks... no clue how that compares to the actual clothing used by our football team.
