Looks like I was wrong about the 6A game. The only game that has been good has been the 5A game. Interesting.
At The end of the 3rd quarter - PR just broke JCA's team rushing record in the 6A finals. PR well over 450 yards rushing.
1-32 would fix this. Geographical representation is killing the playoffs
You imply that the southern representative can't beat the northern, but what about SHG in 2013 and 2014? What about Rochester six of the last seven years?
Those teams would still make it and win the finals in a 1 thru 32 seeding. It will however, be a better filter to ensure both teams that make it to finals are worthy. I.e. One team doesn't have a far easier path regardless if that "easy path" is the northern one or the southern one in any given year. And in theory - create more competitive matchups in the finals.
Now I say this and I fear the next matchup in 7A might be another lopsided matchup and that is 1-32 seeding
