We need someone with a leg that can kick it to the endzone and not to the 12 yard line. That is really hurting us the most.
why we kept kicking off to Cobb. That 17'er had 142 kick-off return yards on 5 attempts. Can DePasquale just not kick it to the right side of the field. Surely Mullen wasn't telling him to kick it to Cobb. I was just SURE he was going to take one back.
you might as well give to our punt coverage team as well. And I agree about Arenas, would not surprise me for him to have AT LEAST 2 TDs on kickoff and punt returns when Bama plays us.

If that's the case, then Mullen needs to turn special teams over to somebody else.
Because MSU's kickoff & punt return coverage are horrible.
What I can't understand is the MSU defense loves to hit people, but the guys on the kickoff coverage & punt coverage teams look like they want to avoid contact at all costs.
Not one headhunter to be found in the whole bunch.
