Congratulations on the win. You're now only one game out from climbing out of the basement. Definitely improved your chances of making the NIT, if you can put together a 15-15 season, somehow, some way.

Decent win - but youse peoples are deep in the ****** funk of losing and that was a win with home advantage.
I prefer The Herd this year over WVU; our current RPI is 52.
WVU is languishing and wallowing in the despair of a 97 score, sandwiched between Princeton and NJIT ( ? ). My how times have changed.
The NIT is prolly in the offing for WVU. If The Herd doesn't make the Tourney we would prolly end up there as well if we continue to win.
WVU sucks this year.

Sadly the only way WVU will make the NCAA this year is if we would happen to get lucky enough to win our conference championship tournament. Unfamiliar territory for us. Marshall fans are used to life that way since it is the only way they can get in every single year. Sucks to think about being in the same boat they are in.
I realize you're old and senile, but really, unfamiliar territory? You just experienced this unfamiliar territory a few years back.
Once in a blue moon we miss out on the NCAA tourney. And 3 of the past 4 years we've made it to the Sweet 16. So yeah, we're not accustomed to see our team as poor as it is this year. Once every 3 decades or so Marshall gets a bid and has only one tournament win in their entire history.........and yet here you and the herb chemist are, talking **** like Marshall is a basketball blue blood.

I've not mentioned Marshall. I'm simply saying there must be a lot of blue moons in Gilmer County, since WV has only made the big dance 29 times during the 80 years the tournament has been in existence.
A "blue moon" shone brightly in Morganhole in 2013, as well as 2014, and only a gimmick eclipsed it.
