<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 51);">Update:</span> This is now fixed for new posts or replies. To stop receiving emails you subscribed to previously, please click Account at the top -> Notifications -> Subscriptions and remove any subscriptions you have.

There is a bug right now that should hopefully be fixed by tomorrow (5/13) where "Subscribe to Topic" is automatically checked when you post. With this checked, you will be notified to every reply of a topic.
<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 204, 51);">Just make sure, for now, to uncheck "Subscribe to this topic" so you won't get email notifications on every reply.</span> To delete ones that you are already subscribed to, click Account at the top -> Notifications -> Subscriptions.
