“Me and my coaches decided that it was either Mississippi State cheerleading or my Playboy career. Pretty much the decision was made for me that I was no longer going to be cheering for them.”

No, you made the decision that you wanted to continue your Playboy career instead.... the decision was not made for you.

Who are we to say that she can't pose for Playboy? I saw a letter released by the school on Jackson News that said (paraphrasing) since she didn't represent the school in anyway there would not be any action taken towards her.

Who is MSU Cheerleading to say what she can and can't do on her own time, especially since she wasn't in uniform. Hell, she didn't even use her real last name.

********, I say.. ********..

I thought about "MSU: Come ride the crazy train", but I'm sure there are trademark problems with Ozzy.

Other suggestions:
"MSU: You've read the news... Come join the party."
"MSU: Crazy **** happens here!" Simple, yet effective.

or higher up's did on their personal time on tv, radio, or magazines? As long as they didn't bring MSU into it of course. Imagine if Keenum went posing for Playgirl. I know I'd want his ouster.
I think some are biased because we like looking at t&a.

I love how in multiple interviews she keeps calling MS and MSU "conservative" as if it was demeaning to have values and self-respect. Surely she knew what she was going to get when she enrolled at State. It's not SanFran, Sally!
She'll make great contributions to society. I just feel it.

She is required to attend a certain number of practices to hold her position with the cheer leader squad and she couldn't do that and maintain the publicity and appearance requirements of her budding Playboy and reality show career. She is required to attend a certain number of games if she is going to cheer and couldn't do that and tape the reality show that she hopes to use to jump start her career. She needs ot attend class to stay in school and can't do that from wherever they will tape the reality show.

Decision? Simple.

She left school and cheering for a shot at a career of her choosing.

Any idiot knows they won't stand up and out in a cute perky way the movie attending crowd likes forever, so she needs to cash in on them while she can, because the sag will come. The mature character roles like "On Golden Pond will surely come later after she establishes herself with a series of whaever the 2011 version of "Tammy and the Banker" or BeachBlanket Bingo" or "Shela and her chimp" happens to be.

She's just trying to earn a living. Shame she can't play football sinceNutt is in the people Hepping Bidness and would likely giver her a grant in aid to play under him.

yeah that's what i was gonna say. i don't think we gave her an ultimatum anymore than we give any other member of the cheerleading squad. if she wanted to make playboy appearances and film pilots for mtv/vh1, then it would cut into her required practices and what not, so she could either maintain her cheerleading requirements or she could try to make it as a reality star.

Please invite her to come back and make a Cameo appearance on the jumbotron to tell us when to ring and when not to ring.

"Hi, Im Taylor

You may recognize me from the news and Playboy. I am here to help you understand when you can ring your bell and when you are supposed to yell. When you see my boobs bouncing-RING like Hell, if they ain't bouncing just Yell.

Do Dawgs"

“When you’re successful, those kind of things are happening,” he said. “It beats the alternative. It beats a program that’s stagnant, where you’re being a school where coaches cheerleaders go and they don’t have any opportunities after they go to your place.

“We’re building a program where coaches cheerleaders come to have opportunities.”

she still, as much as I hate to say it, made a good decision financially.

I mean, if Playboy was offering those Delta State girls 11,000 dollars to pose topless per girl- which I thought was outrageous, I can imagine what they offered this girl. It will more than pay for her tuition and other college expenses.

Rather, the reason she is no longer a cheerleader is because - follow me here - she decided instead to pursue a reality tv career. In other words, she couldn't do both because she couldn't meet the requirements of cheerleading and school alongside pursuing this reality tv deal. She had to make a decision, which is exactly what she did. The conservative thing is just a way for her to justify her decision and when people read this they will assume that since MS is so conservative they probably kicked her out. After all, her 15 minutes will be up soon.
