You don't think if we're sitting at the same SEC record and they just beat us, have had the suspensions, and have a higher rpi, and they had to choose 1 team, they wouldn't take Bama over us? I would like to see Bama lose a few more games, especially if one of them can be to us. We win today and beat Bama and we're almost assured a bid.

as of today- we have a bid....we can only play our way out of it. And to do that, we would have to have some bad losses- like Auburn and SC

Bama is also in as of today- they have to avoid bad losses. Beating us next weekend wont give us a bad loss.

And not 35 anymore. Gotta think the SEC is 4th best conference this year behind Big East, ACC and Big Ten. It will also depend alot on the smaller conference favorites who have a top40 RPI winning their conference tournament ( ie Murray State needs to win their conf tourney) . I could see the SEC getting five because the PAC 12 will only get 2 this year. There will be some spots to fill

depending on the bubble situation if we both lose a few games. If we have a bad loss, and bama has a bad loss, we could be sitting there just like us and Florida were last year or the year before. And just like that, they would likely choose them because many are giving Bama slack for having suspended players. That's what I was saying. So yes, they could end up having to decide between us.

We win today and next week @USCe, we are in... probably as a 10 or 11 seed, but we'll be in and the SEC will have 5 teams in the dance. No reason for the committee to leave us out with one sub-100 RPI loss (which Alabama as a couple, I think). <div>
</div><div>ETA: The reason we were left out in 2010 was because we had SEVERAL (4 or 5) sub-100 RPI losses... one against Rider... and no quality wins. Win at Auburn and USCe, that will only be one "bad loss" and several quality wins. </div>
