So USA has an important CONCACAF World Cup qualifying match tonight vs Jamaica and it's not televised yet they show a "friendly" match vs Germany this last week? And they wonder why USA soccer popularity lacks.

I think its in Jamaica. They are lucky to get a guy with a camera to film so they can watch tape. I played on better fields in high school than what they will be on.

Unbelievable finish! US gives up the tying goal in the 88th minute then gets the winning goal in stoppage time! Pretty lackluster 2nd half by the US, but a road win is huge.

For all WC qualifiers, the home team controls the distribution rights. For whatever reason, ESPN won't pony up the money for the away games. They own the rights to every USA and Mexico home game, so even when we play at Mexico, it is still on ESPN. Other countries could also just decide not to award the rights to ESPN even if they are outbidding everyone else for the game.

beIN sports (who showed the game tonight) has basically stepped in to replace Fox Soccer Channel as it dies it's slow death. I believe FSC is turning into Fox Sports 1 or something in the near future. It was way better back in the day as Fox Sports World anyways.

Not a pretty win but I'll take it

Any time you can get three points on the road in CONCACAF qualifying, I think you do it and then get the heck out of dodge.

I really hated to see NBC get EPL. They tend screw good things up. Plus no Ian Dark calling the game.
