I think the article is saying that the victim and the truck's passenger were in the altercation. After the victim was knocked down the driver of the truck ran over him. It sounds more like a murder than an accident to me.I hope they lock that guy's *** up for a long time.

Unless he intentionally held the other guy down so that the truck would run over him, wouldn't the driver be the one who potentially committed a crime?
