State fans are idiots...

i know i don't need to add to that statement, but i figure i'll go ahead and do it anyway.
state fans (heretofor regarded as "idiots) have this idea that they are better than us, even though they have no justification for it whatsoever.
a common comment spewed from the mouths of the idiots is that they have nothing to gain and much to lose from this game and that it will just be another regular game for them and this will be our superbowl.
here is the truth.
we have much more to lose by playing them than they do.
they suck. that's not being mean, that's being truthful. more often than not, they put a horrid team on the field that loses to the likes of UAB and Maine, two teams we have never lost to
WE have to have an undefeated season to make it to a BCS bowl and there are about five other teams that are usually in competition for that single bowl.
we have to have a stronger SOS than those teams. if anything, the idiots brings our SOS waaaaaay down.
on the other hand, we have teams like Nebraska, Kansas, Louisville, Virginia, and countless other, tougher teams that are willing to play us and come to our house. The idiots are way down the totem pole in comparison, and while it may be the superbowl for the fans, the team will be much more worried about the aforementioned teams than they will about the idiots.
so, yes, while playing the idiots will be a fun game for the fans, will create revenue for both schools, and help recruiting in the state. the idiots really don't add up to a hill of beans to the team when it comes to the overall season and what their plans are for the post season.
