I’m no Vanderbilt fan, but I think they out to be in. They’re a true Cinderrella story. But it looks like the powers that be don’t want them in.

If Texas gets in and Vandy doesn't, it would be so wrong. Vandy deserves to be in. If we had their resume, we would expect to be in.

Who jumped them? Miami? Is that just so a dumbarse team from the ACC can be in the playoff? If Vandy doesn't get in, let's just go back to tthe BCS system.
Texas, a team who probably won’t make the play offs did beat Vanderbilt, which is a negative.
I think the better question is why should Vanderbilt be the 10 and 2 team to get in over Oklahoma, Miami, Alabama and Notre Dame.

They probably deserve to be there but they will hopefully get screwed. Get rid of the stupid, unfair byes, automatic bids, go to 16 teams and they`re in without a doubt. We would have been in last year also.
Pavia should squarely be in the Heisman talk….I hope they get a spot, but agree they probably get the shaft.
If you've watched their last 3 games, you know why. Pavia - who I don't really like much - will prob be Heisman runner-up. And he deserves it. The ONLY reason Vandy is definitely out is that they are Vandy.
Miami isn't even playing for the stupid ACC Championship (although they probably should be since they're 10-2).
