I posted the other day saying I thought Vandy fans were going to boo Sidney when he went down in overtime - like they did to Jamont - and sure enough they are complaining about it on their Scout board.

Take a lot at the rest of the threads and you'll realize just how much their fans *****. I REALLY enjoyed watching us win on their home court.

not in the manner of having crap thrown at you like black bears and LUS fans, but just the stupid and rude way they behave. Too supposedly be so smart, they sure get really senseless and classless. They think because they are rich and of somewhat higher intelligence as a whole, they are entitled to behave however they want. <div>However I've only experienced this at basketball games so their venue may cause some sort of mental lapse when inside it.</div>

The thought that he might be playing it up did cross my mind. I remember he had a similar incident against somebody (bama maybe) after an offensive possession, just rolling around on the floor like his legs were on fire and then later came back in the game with no deficit. My thought wasn't that he was completely faking just that he can be a bit of a drama queen when he does get nicked a bit.

Watching Sidney, I wonder if he's faking injury every time he goes down... or at least way over-dramatizing things.

But then when he went to the bench, you could tell Grant was pretty concerned and then could see Sidney say to him "I'm ok". If it were staged, that wouldn't have happened.

It definitely wasn't staged. At the same time, Sidney is a big ***** and overplays it everytime he goes down.

Perhaps he just can't handle pain very well. What most guys take as a bumps and bruises and finish up the game, bloody sock and all, Sidney will double over in agony, because that's just his natural reaction.

For some, pain don't hurt.

For others, pain hurts a whole 17ing lot.

the game and watched the replay several times. His leg buckled when he stretched & slipped making the pass to Bost.

Didn't look good at all and I didn't think he was getting up.

And subbing him in on offense, I think we did have a few timeouts left, you know how Stans likes to save them for his kids...
