You don’t test someone who has been exposed until 5 days after their expossure. And then you are supposed to wait until 7 days before breaking quarantine even if negative. Their potential exposure was one day ago. So, yes, this is PR.

I don’t see a way around testing everyone on their team no later than Wednesday. NCS had vaccinated players test positive so there should no excuse. Positive tests bench players regardless if they are vaccinated.
