LSU threw their #3 against Minor, who's a stud, instead of Renaudo or Coleman. But if anyone can come through the loser's bracket it's the Tigahs.

LSU probably has the least to play for. I think that even if they lose today, they'll still probably be a national seed. As far as postseason placement goes, that's all you want. There isn't a lot of difference between the 1 national seed and the 8 national seed.

That said, there may be a little bit more desperation for a team like Vandy that's on the bubble for a regional bid. That game for them was a lot more important to them than it was to LSU.

For us and Florida both losing, we were both playing for a potential national seed. Play well and you get one. Play poorly and you're hosting as a non-national seed. Arkansas and Georgia were the two coldest teams in the league coming in, but you just never know in the SEC tourney.

South Carolina on the other hand still has an outside shot at hosting a regional if they win enough this weekend, so they definitely have a lot to play for. Of course, I think Alabama came in in a similar boat. They're chances at hosting were probably slimmer, but getting to the title game might have given them a chance to host.
