I can't believe people complain about Kyle. He does a great job. We have been fortunate to have good C-L writers in my opinion, from Kyle to the big black guy whose name I can't remember to Ian to Sekou. With "The Blog" and Twitter and this chat...we have more coverage and more info from the C-L than ever before. But people still find it necessary to criticize him and say that he is not as skilled of a writer as Ian or Sekou, as if they are journalism professors or something. His writing is fine, and the volume of information is fantastic.

People can complain about the way he writes all day long, but you and I both know the reason most of them don't like him: He's a REBEL!!! Which is ridiculous, but you'll always have those people who look for a controversy.

The only thing I don't like about Kyle is every once in a while he leaves out a crucial part of a coach's quote and State fans get all upset until they see the entire quote and the context. It seems as if he does that intentionally and I just don't care for that. Croom says, and Polk said, enough stupid stuff that you should never have to mold their comments in order to create controversy.

Like the thing about not giving kids confidence - they have to find it in themselves. Really? I thought great coaches instilled confidence, allowing players to play above their abilities at times. You know, getting the most out of your team!

yea cutting up their quotes doesn't really matter. Not including all of Crxxm's quotes or Polk's did us all a favor. Its just more jibberish to be read from their lying/stubborn/old mouths.
