If Saban had his school for reformed HCs still going, Venables would be there next year. Maybe Beamer can start somthing similar. Hire Venables as an analyst?
Well his buyout is "only" 44 million. So much less than FSU would have to cough up. They could do it.
White should not leave for any assistant position, only a head position. A 3 year contract exceeding any offer he gets should be table stakes to keep him as DC + Associate Head Coach. Pay the man. Pay his staff.
