I need some help. I have been trying to renew my BL subscription for 2 weeks. Keep getting errors have put in 4 different cc always returns with an error and I think you know the cc is not the issue. Have tried to go thru rivals support and can't reach anyone or get a coherent response via email. You have my contact info please ping me.

These are so difficult for me because I can't access billing info. I'm showing it as canceled. What happens when you try to change the credit card? Are you using the following link: https://westvirginia.rivals.com/users/billing_information

Also your account the msn.com email address, is that still accurate?

I get this red line message at the top that says "an error occurred" I never canceled, my cc has been then same for the last umpteen years. Problem is there is NO ONE that I can actually speak to fix this. I've been as you know on this board for over 20 years but this is really frustrating. I know it's not your fault but I have way too much going on right now to keep fighting this.

And yes the MSN account is still active actually since Al invented the internet lol

Finally heard back from Rivals this afternoon they are going to manually renew. Thank you for the assist.

The problem was Rivals hasn't updated support for billing in Safari without dumping cache (aka MACS) simply amazing.
