Very tough night for Ole Miss baseball tonight.

Three of their signees were drafted in the first round and all are expected to sign.

TCU is 3 outs away from a huge comeback to win the regional.

The Rebels lose a ton off of this team and have lost the backbone of their class coming in.

But they can sleep better because they got a verbal commitment from a fratty-hair private school quarterback who had family ties to Ole Miss.

He'll be at Meridian- he may go pro if he gets drafted, but I'm hearing it's probably Meridian.

Looks to me like they lose Snyder and Hively. Kirksey, but he didn't play all that much. I guess Huber and Yarbrough could go pro, but that's about it.<div>
</div><div>Wahl and Mayers are both coming back. And if the recrootniks are correct, their freshmen should be able to step in for those losses. But just like football, their crootin hasn't panned out like it was ranked.</div><div>

That's an all-american that they may be losing. That's a big blow along with Snyder and Kirksey. Losing their Irwin, Trahan, Cecchini and Hensley is a huge blow to 3 guys that would have probably started next year. Irwin would have thrown some in relief.

They rolled the dice on getting even one of them to campus. 2 are from La and didn't get LSU offers. That should tell you something about the likelihood of them ever making it to campus.

That said, I like it. Sign the guys with the expectation they never make it. If they do, you make the numbers work out... If they don't, you lose nothing. Eventually, you get one or two of these guys, and it's all worth it...

competitive next year but I don't anticipate them being better than they were this year, about the same.

I would think he was referring to: 3 out from Ole Miss At Home Again.....hence Omaha</p>
