If Bama's QB isn't a complete spaz in the first half, the game wouldn't have been close. They're going to beat up on MSU and AU (and whatever other non-league school they play) and lose to UF in Atlanta again.
that's the thing. McElroy is a compete spaz. He hasn't impressed me in any game that he has played. Only reason his stats looked good was because he threw a 2 yd pass that Julio Jones took 73 yds. Take away that he barely throws for 200 yds. I am not sure how we are going to stop Ingram but McElroy is the least of our worries.
Not a bad point. He looked good in the Arkansas game, and has had his moments elsewhere during the season, but he's obviously inconsistent. There were receivers wide open that entire first half that he missed badly. Ingram's a beast.

the most critical one the INT- which could have changed the game completely went against LSU. I understand that officials are human, and etc., but that was just grossly incompetent. LSU should have had the ball back with about 2 minutes left or whatever down by six. They had enough time to put together one more drive, and possibly win. If the SEC is as good as it thinks it is, let Bama and UF win the games legitimately. I think Bama probably would have stopped them any way with Jarrett Lee at QB, but let them play and find out. The players deserve the opportunity to determine the outcome on both teams. This one is on the replay official. I think the officials on the field actually did a pretty good job- I could only watch the fourth quarter because of work, so they may very well have stunk it up the rest of the time.
