The LT tackle got blown up by the DE & tackled the DE to keep him from getting to Brees, yet no holding call.

Make no mistake, the Vikings pissed away countless opportunities in regulation which would have kept the game from ever going to OT. However, the Saints got every call in OT, some of which were questionable at best

so either way it was a penalty and automatic 1st down.... illegal contactdoes not require a catchable ball.. all it requires is contact beyond 5 yards

He was at the game last weekend and had a ticket this weekend but spent so much money last weeekend that he couldnt even afford to just drive down for the game...ie he partied his *** off to the tune of 3k last wknd.

They should've won that game in regulation. Favre threw likely one of the dumbest passes in the history of his career. 10 yards and the sideline in front of him, already in FG range, he tries to throw the ball across his body while running.

and there were several times that I thought both OLs got away with it. All of them that I remember were of the variety that could have been called, but they were not of the blatant variety. The one by the Saints LT on the DE on the pass interference call was blatant. The DE was two steps past him before the LT ever got his hands on him. As the LT was falling to the ground, he grabbed the DE's jersey and drug him down right at Brees' feet which is what allowed Brees to even get the ball away.

totally agree. Favre has been outstanding this year and AP laid it on turf numerous times tonight, but that last pass by Favre was horrid and cost them the game. He easily picks up 8-10 yards if he tucks and runs. Then they have a <45 yard fg to win in regulation.

it's funny that all you haters conveniently forget that 3 of the Vikings 4 scoring drives were kept alivebybullshit calls and it was 9 penalties to2 at 28apiece.

the refs did a horrible job all night, but you only want to voice your opinion when they didn't go your way.

Oh yeah, and i had 87 roommates with Favre jerseys on who agree with meAND I've been a Saints fan for 20+ years, so don't bring that weak **** either.
