I like the move to throw their Sunday starter to get the win. Worry about Sunday when Sunday is an option.

is if you go by the book, you may win a lot of games, but you won't win championships.

I think that sums up Ron Polk's philosophy pretty well.

has a guy who was the #3 for the first half of the season who is now their #4. Looking at their roster and stats, I have to give the pitching nod to Va. for tomorrow. Intangibles still point to OM....home field, Va. first SR</p>

What OM has to overcome now.....especially if LSU wins today (Ark has already punched their ticket).....is the pressure of seeing two of their counterparts headed to Omaha and fighting their recent Super Regional past. Thinking of the past can mentally take you away from what needs to be focused on.</p>

Losing Bittle really hurt OM. With Bittle, I would give OM a chance to finish in the top 3 in Omaha. </p>
