much burned his bridge to a visit on Monday. The story is he got upset with the situation (similar to the Cam situation) and that didn't go over too well with CJ and mama and things went downhill from there. Again, Mullen is not an *** kisser but maybe he needs to work on that. I'm just glad he made his choice and we can begin to move on, maybe.

because I think playing to the ego of an 18 year old who thinks he should be handed everything because the number stars some guy in red pants gave him on an internet site is far worse for the team. I hate recruiting and I hate this time of year. People get all up about these 5 star recruits when they hardly ever live up to the hype. They come into school feeling entitled because the coaches sucked up so hard and they don't work.

Players have to be "good enough" to play Division 1 football, after that it's all about how hard they are going to work. If they need a coach to blow them during recruiting then they aren't the kind of guy who is going to put in the work to be a great player. I'll take hard work over hype any day of the week. I hope Mullen keeps up with what he has been doing.

And anyone who would want to be a part of what Houston Nutt has going on at Ole Miss over playing at MSU right now is a dubmass.

visit or no visit would not have mattered because the decision, or deal, whichever you prefer to term it, has already been made. I would rather Mullen focus his attention on guys that are still open to us.
