I have it from a good source that a UT official (name withheld by source) was gauging Mullen's interest after the game Saturday. Mullen was interested, but said he would not discuss anymore until the end of the season.

Gotta love rumors that would suggest that a UTk Athletic official found Mullen after the game and asked him if he would be interested in coming to Knoxville. I guess he found him on the field during the celebration, or maybe in our locker room, or maybe while he was doing the radio show, or maybe he waited by Dan's car back at the Bryan building?

I thought we usually waited until a coach was fired before the rumors of Mullen going there cranked up. If that is no longer the case then the best friend of my wife's aunt's sister's boyfriends mom's stepdad's 3rd cousin has it on good authority that he is interested in the Kentucky, auburn, and Texas job. In fact, he has already looked at housing and schools in the Austin area during our bye week.

The Beauty of the arrogance of all these fans and their admins is that they

will not take Mullen, because he is "not good enough". They will make another stupid hire and be right back wehre they are now.

The Ninja has to be praised yet again, for making such a good hire for us.
