It’s better than being a the bottom. I think the bottom for me was Tennessee put 22 on us in 2022 on a Friday night AT THE DUDE. That’s the only baseball game I have ever left early.
either that year or 23, it seemed like we were getting run ruled at least one game every SEC series

It wasn't the 26 Vandy put on us the next year? ... on a Friday night .... at the Dude ;)

Just for grins and fond memories** I sorted through our SEC games in 22 & 23 and there was certainly a lot of baby seal clubbing that went on. Not sure 23 wasn't worse than 22 who's counting at that point.

It's still incredible to me that he won 52 games and a division championship in 2019, a national championship in 2021, and then managed to just smear feces everywhere. I don't get how that happened unless he was just that lazy.
He just couldn't recruit. Now, you might be able to blame that on other factors like NIL, etc. but at the end of the day that was his ultimate undoing.

Much like every other hire this inept human being ever made, just blame it on the John Cohen connection. Is Jans the last from that era? I sure hope so.

Oh man, you don’t know what you’re missing with the leaving early.

I used to be like you, sticking it out to the bitter end. Quitting that nonsense was one of the best things I ever did for myself. When we’re down big I bounce. When we’ve got a non-con wrapped up I bounce in the third. Go ahead and beat that traffic. It feels amazing.

That was the low point for me. I was on a golf course and that day. I was on third hole and just threw me phone. The next whole, I but my anger in the drive and hit an all time drive.

Why even go if you're leaving in the third? Honest question.

Yea I want to win the games but I do like hanging out with friends and family at the ballpark too.

You tend to get some votes when you feed all the visitors prime rib and lobster tail. And They decided that we sucked so terribly bad in football and basketball that surely they will be top half in something and they seem to care about baseball.

Leaving any game in the 3rd seems a bit extreme. My general rule is if you’re going to bother to go, just stay till the end.
