Jeremiah does and is unlikely to get one. The fact no decision has been made yet one way or the other for him (and many others like him around the country) is a joke. No matter what you think of the "2nd transfer" rule.
Austin is good to go from all accounts.
It appears that nobody is getting waivers. NCAA is rejecting errbody.
