So-so episode, but advances the plot.... Was that blood seeping through the wall at the end? Whose blood?

I think that was just walker blood. They're started to pile up and the seemingly impenetrable walls are softening as the residents of Alexandria are really realizing what's going on with the world, especially Deanna.
