Count me as one that was pretty ticked off at how they ended the season. It isn't so much the cliff hanger either. To me, the show just basically destroyed everything that had been built up by the current characters, and it seems that next season will basically be a new show. I may not even watch next season. It's like having so much invested in the current cast, to see it end like that, it's upsetting. You ask yourself why go through that again with a bunch of new characters next season? I'll enjoy FTWD, but I may be done with the original.

The only way it comes back from this, is if the cold open for S7E01 is reliving the Eenie Meenie scene with out the first person cuts and then the brutal beating with the end being Negan walking away dropping the Ta Ta from the comic and then leaving us with silence and emotional responses of the characters until the music hits.

Anything else is a slap to the face.

I was shocked at first but after listenng to Robert Kirkman on The Talking Dead I think we are going to see a new evolution from the main group. I don't think they are going to take anything lying down. They just got a large amount of that chip on there shoulder knocked off. I personally would have taken the RPG on that road trip and popped out the top of that RV to clear the road.

I'm intrigued as to where this goes from here. Rick has been "The Man" for a long time, and now he is going to have to be "Negan's *****" at least pretend to be.

Who got "Loucille" to the the coconut?

What happens when they go back to Alexandra to hand over half their stuff? What do those behind the walls do?

Does Eugene's little ammo factory become a factor in going after Negan?

What about the two guys that approach Morgan after he saved Carol? Who are they? Are there more of them?

I didn't really find this so different than when the cannibals had them kneeling in the slaughterhouse and cutting throats. I didn't see the big whoop in this. Someone gets killed. Big deal in the world they live in. In the comics, Negan was the big bad. What were people expecting? I'm pretty sure we will get to see the braining at the start of next season. it can't be any worse than the zombie head shots they show.

Am I missing something?
