Since I haven't started a thread all year I figured I'd start this one. I know it seems like it always comes down to this game when these two are in the same conference. The winner of this game will at least earn a piece of the crown. I feel like a mutual respect has been built in between these two programs. Not like the hate which permeates other rivalries. That said. I want to win this game more than any other on the schedule.

I think ED has done a bit better than I thought they would this year after all they lost from last years squad... no time to rebuild in the ECC. It's re-load or get left behind.

I think Wallace is just a bit better but ED is home and that means we will at least have our refs. (Right, darkhorses?)

I expect another hard hitting slobber-knocker in the ECC and hopefully my boys can pull it out. I'll predict with a bit more of my heart than my head.

WRH is peaking and I don't think ED was ED against JK. Clinton wasn't Clinton last nite without jalen. I got a friend that thinks Battle has got Kevin and Adams #. I don't think so,but I do expect ED to play their best game of the year. Will be close 38-34 dogs

Another rock’em sock’em slobber knocker this coming Friday. Both teams are clicking and with conference championship/playoff implications on the line, this is sure to be a good one. ED is now back on the radar after dismantling the Darkhorses. Hopefully they can keep it turned up for this game and the playoffs.

East Duplin poured it all out yesterday vs Clinton. ED is certainly owed some respect , but Wallace in my opinion is still the most dangerous team in the conference— and has the best state title hopes of the ECC. 27-13, Bulldogs.

Wrh molding into playoff form, finally! Dogs gonna be hard to beat if we not sloppy with penalties! Starting to resemble past years teams at playoff time. Dogs by at least 8. No disrespect to the panthers, though. Huge victory last night.

Yea definitely wouldnt call that a dismantling but hey you say tomato i say tomato right...should be a good game...we need Wallace to win so Bulldogs help us out alil bit huh

Well we need a win to help our situation. ED is capable of beating Wallace and Wallace is capable of beating ED. Mistakes are key. Should ED have a jk kinda night it will be extremely ugly. Should ED have a night like last night it will be a good game.

WRH isn’t as good overall as they were last season, especially on the defensive side but they are playing better the last few weeks. Offense is really clicking running and passing. ED is nowhere as good as they were last year so I feel like WRH wins this game in the 2nd half and pulls away by at least 2 scores.

After done played both teams, I think Wallace is the faster team, but there offense plays right into East Duplin hand. And with East being at home with the reds, I say ED 27- WRH 21 ot

Heard ED loaded up the box against Clinton and Clinton cannot pass. WRH can do it very well. WRh wins this one 28-14

Idk about this one. It's at East Duplin, so you're gonna have to play the 12th man, the officials.LOL!
Seriously, Clinton held them to their lowest offensive points output of the season, 12 points(I didn't account for the defensive touchdown). Wallace's defense is just as good. If the Bulldogs show more balance or maybe take to the air a little more, they win this game.

I love how the ponys are showing up from their collective stables to pick against East Duplin. We very well may lose Friday night but one thing is for sure. We rode those horses this year. From Sampson AND Onslow county.

Have never drank or done drugs. I'm up at that time of the morning because I have 2 very big jobs that have to be delivered on Monday morning. Its all irrelevant to me really, I just want the brackets to line up just right so we get our shot against the powers down south before yall knock each other out. I think I've finally cracked. When I saw posts telling us we couldn't have beat Reidsville last year and that our defense wouldn't have been good enough it just got under my skin. This coming from a team that we scored at will on and the game could've very easily went the other way. No sour grapes just fact and you guys know it

Goob,everyone here has given y'all all credit deserved. Shouldn't bother you that WRH thinks Reidsville was the best team we played last year. We were fortunate in both games,but WRH did deserve to win both games.

What the point of a message board if no one can voice their opinion and what they think would happen? Just because someone doesn’t fluff your Eagles you jump their a$$. Y’all had a great offense, ours was better. Y’all had a good defense, ours was better. We beat y’all head to head so we can make our predictions of what happened last year and y’all would have never beat that Reidsville team.

Yea been wondering this all year long. These NE fans get so butt hurt when someone states their opinion. No one is saying NE wasn't good last year. But you weren't better then WRH or Reidsville. Take it for what it is. Not everyone is going to love your team you pull for LoL been like this since football started dude. Grow up and keep rooting for your team. You will get your chance to prove everyone wrong if you make it that far. Just like SWO and Clinton and WRH. This is a message board LoL I know your new to this, but us loyal fans have been on since early 2000s

You won't see WRH if you play SWO first, that's for sure. LoL SWO will be number 2 seed and will play at home all of the playoffs. When NE gets upset (like last year) eastern finals will be played at the corral FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW!!!!!!!

Oh I understood it clearly pool master. Don't start changing your ways now. SWO will run right at you and all over you all night long. Same with WRH different animal down south, pool master of the year.

They were heading for the parking lot BEFORE halftime last time SWO made the trip to Elizabeth City. Pool Master? Lol!!! At least you've come up with something new, I actually kind of like that Doc.

I hope your wrong. I want them to come here, I'm praying for the opportunity to face them. I want to play them first, and then meet you guys in the Eastern C'ship. I kind of want to avoid Clinton. Kaba scares me.
