Does anyone remember who it was that said after last year's draft that Powe was physically impressive, but looked like he had not been coached while in college? I think it was an NFL scout that made the statement. Have we gotten this information to Channing Ward yet?

Also Nix coaches LB's, Terry Price is our DL coach and hes done very well in getting guys to the league. I'm sure the info going out to Ward is how one of Price's DE's is now an NFL starter in Greg Hardy, you know since Channing and Hardy are both DE's.

That doesn't matter if he's a DT or DE, that is a slap in the face to your D-Coordinator AND D line coach. So yea maybe we should send it to both Quay and Ward.

the right way and make sure the confederates do as well. If he chooses OM because that's where he wants to be, then fine, but we need to make sure it's a level playing field. To all you confederates who are sure to respond to my post, please just stfu.

</div>Price didn't have **** to do with Hardy. Hardy had his best year under Orgeron in 2007. Matter of fact, the only DE I can recall that Price actually coached that made it to the league was Groves at Auburn and I think he's playing LB in the NFL. I'm not saying Price isn't a good coach but **** don't come over here acting like this mother17er puts players in the league every year... especially players that were already NFL ready before he stepped foot on campus.

Along with that Nix teaches technique to the LB's. Price since he is the DL coach teaches technique to the DL. Just making sure you have your info straight so you don't sound like you have no idea what you're talking about. I was just asking why you picked ward and not Quay since Powe and Quay share the same position, once again so you wouldn't look like you have no idea what you're talking about. But please by all means inform recruits about faults of other schools. It worked so well with CJ. HS kids love when middle aged old men tell them where they should go to school. And yes, this information is only 6 months old, surely you're the first and only person who has thought to use it against OM. The coaches need to put you on salary for digging up such recent and hidden information. I dont know why you're going to bother when we apparently are going to cheat anyway and y'all would never think of it. I mean we just outbid the Boston Redsox. If we're putting up over 1.4 million for corners imagine what we have in store for Channing.

I didnt start this post. ButIm pretty surethe D coordinator is responsible for developing ALL of his players and making sure he puts the correct coaches in place to develop ALL of his players. AndI know for a fact what happened with CJ, and it had nothing to do with anything on the football field. Well at least nothing to do with anything thatshould beinvolvedwith playing football until you join the NFL. Doesn't give me any reason not to expect it again this year. Ward might never have to work again even if he doesn't make the league, but picks UM.

Well the NCAA should be very interested in your information. I can play this game too. I know for a fact that CJ chose OM over State because he hates Starkville. See, I can assume something and say it's a "fact" too.
Point being this board is so crazy about pushing the "they cheated" button. Croom chose UT over MSU and Golson turned down 7 figures to come to OM. Not everyone that commits to us is bought and not everyone that chooses a better program, with better facilities, in a better college town, closer to home did so because he was bought.

Nix is the reason Powe has bad technique, then I can say Price, who coached Hardy for two years, put him in the league, along with Powe and Jerry. My statement might not be 100% accurate, but its closer to the truth than the statement I responded too.

</div><div>Let's see you said this is Hardy's 2nd season in the NFL so that means 2010 was his 1st year which would make 2009 Hardy's last season at Ole Miss and didn't Price get hired by Ole Miss in 2009 so some how that adds up to 2 years even though one got there and the other left in the same year... Interesting... Again you have no clue what you are talking about....</div>

This may be the last time we see the oft used "Starkville sucks, and Oxford is awesome" line coupled with stock Ole Miss recruiting smack. Good call rolling it out now when it may sting some peoplebecauseafter BYU I think the mouth wedge on you Ole Miss fans will stay in the bag until, you know, February.<div>
</div><div>Truth be told if Channing Ward does choose Ole Miss I wont be that upset. At least he will go to a school where he cant hurt us. </div>
