Is Josh Robinson the sleeper of this class? 5'9" 212 lbs (just like Michael Dyer) and has run a 4.31 and 4.29 (40) yard dash at that weight.

In a recent interview, he's stated that Florida and Alabama have both backed off and that he's ready to put on the maroon and white. I didn't realize he was that robust, yet still that fast. I think we may have a great, great player in him.

He also led his high school to the 4A state title in Louisiana... so he knows how to win.

97 carries for 1105 yards. That's over 10 yards per carry. Very, very impressive.

To hell with any possible recruits that are sticking with us and planning to play at State. This class is a failure without those two WRs.

I think the grade thing is under control from I heard. The last thing I heard from someone on another board was that his test scores were really low. Someone said that this story was confirmed in a recent BDJ article. It would be awesome to get that guy in the program. You think the ED Center would throw us a bone?

that he scored a 15 on his ACT as a freshmens. I would think that 3 points would be easily attainable from a freshmens through seniors years (assuming 18 is the minimum).

If he has a 2.75 he is eligible with that score. Based on his composite score he has alteast 60 points and would only need 26 more to get in with a 2.0. The sliding scale works where they add up what you make on each of the four parts and then based on your GPA it determines eligibility. Ie. 2.0 GPA and 86 ACT combined score.

My source out of franklinton says that Josh's gaurdians are white msu fans. They have got him tutoring and all the help needed to improve his grades. Source seemed positive that he would qualify. My guy also watched him play several games this year and he is very talented. Hell his highlight videos are awesome.
