Warwick vs Mallard Creek (NC)

Creek will take them to the wood shed.
You could be right (I don't know a lot about Warwick), but Creek was senior laden last year. Don't know what all they got this year, but I think that is gonna be ? especially early. They got Rolesville, this game, Grayson and Gibbons.
Calpreps simulator for last year, 2024, predicted a 24-17 win for Mallard Creek over Warwick.
Sounds about right. Think Warwick had right many graduate and Creek will be one of the better teams in Charlotte this year.
Creek should beat Warwick by a comfortable margin. Warwick hasnât really had a pulse against good teams (Phoebus, Dinwiddie, Maury) even though theyâve had good talent. Langston Wertz is high on the young boys in the Creek program. They have a few kids whoâve gotten P4 football offers because how impressive they were at track. If I had to bet, 1. West Charlotte 2. Hough 3. Indy 4. Creek 5. Myers Park are the top 5 8A teams in the city.

. Seems like last year he was going on about Mooresville and Lake Norman and I know he likes to hype anyone South of Uptown. I'm waiting for him jump on Ballantyne. Maybe he's learned his lesson. Myers Park, Providence, those schools actually should be better than what they have been. I'm gonna go with what you got there. That looks about right. We'll find out.

And itâs the adults around them doing most of the talking not the kids. They want respect that have yet to earn. Iâll never respect them seemingly forcing that HC into âretirementâ (he retired then became Graftonâs HC weeks later and took their very successful JV HC with him)
I think it was dumb for them to take that Oscar Smith and Mallard Creek game this year.
