was given the ok by templeton and company to stay there while the packers were making a run....I felt at the time that was an omen of a lack of sense of urgency on his part, and it has proved to be so. So if he was "allowed" to do that during a critical recruting time, that decision is on the State administration as much as it was on him. They were so desperate to hire his fat *** that they agreed to it...no questions asked...and here we are.
